About Me

I’m a New York–based photographer with roots in food, wine, and hospitality — an industry that taught me to slow down, observe, and understand how atmosphere is built through small, intentional details. Before stepping behind the lens, I spent years working in some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants, where storytelling unfolded in every plate, every pour, and every impeccably set table. That foundation — paired with my background and education in fine art - shaped the way I think about light, form, balance, and the emotional weight an image can carry.

Today, I collaborate with restaurants, wine and beverage brands, and editorial publications including Eater and Washingtonian, creating imagery that feels thoughtful, refined, and immersive. With experience in both service and styling, I understand ingredients, wine, and environment from the inside out — how they move, how they breathe, how they interact with light and space, and how they’re meant to be experienced. I’m especially drawn to the tactile qualities of a scene: the grain of wood, the movement of liquid in a glass, the quiet tension between shadow and glow.

Whether I’m working in a studio, inside a bustling kitchen, or traveling for a story, my goal remains the same: to create images that feel honest, inviting, and deeply human — photographs that don’t just document a moment, but hold it.

My Process

Every project begins with listening.

I take time to understand the story behind the brand: its ethos, values, and visual language. Whether working with a restaurant, a wine label, or a product team, I approach each shoot as a collaboration built on clarity and trust.

From concept development and mood boards to styling, lighting, and final edits, I work intentionally at every stage. My background in fine art informs the composition and atmosphere. My years in hospitality ensure I understand the pace and precision required on set. I move comfortably between structured shot lists and spontaneous moments, knowing when to refine and when to let something unfold naturally.

I often style what I shoot, allowing for cohesion between texture, tone, and narrative. Post-production receives the same level of care as the capture itself: subtle color work, balance, and restraint that preserve authenticity while elevating the final image.

Above all, I aim to make the process feel seamless — calm, collaborative, and efficient, with room for creativity to breathe. I genuinely love working alongside thoughtful, beautifully crafted businesses, and I bring both enthusiasm and care to every collaboration. If we work together, my goal is not only to create strong imagery, but to build something meaningful in the process.
